The Chebucto Community Net has many sources of information and people to help you. Check the following directory to help us help you more efficiently!

Can't understand EMail? Having problems editing text? Does Usenet have you confused? Don't know the difference between Lynx & links? If you're having problems using the CCN, check our extensive HelpDesk. There's a good chance you'll find an answer there. You can also check the Message Of The Day to see if the CCN is experiencing any problems.

If you're still puzzled contact CCN Userhelp. Our volunteer team of experts should be able to help you.

Having problems connecting to the CCN? Want to renew your membership? Is there a problem with your user account? Confused about what you can and cannot do and how to do it? Check our list of CCN Services with their excellent documentation.

If you're still puzzled contact the CCN Office. Our staff should be able to get you straightened out.

Problems getting a link to work? Do you have a suggestion for a site that should be included on our pages? Find a broken link? Contact the CCN Editors whose job it is to look after the CCN public pages. If your comment pertains specifically to Environment contact the Environment Editor.

If have comments or suggestion that pertain to an Information Provider's website go to any of their pages and press 'C' to send them a Comment. You can consult a list of all CCN Information Provider groups.

Wondering about how the CCN is organized? Who does what and how? How to get involved? Check the CCN Society pages for an overview of how we're organized and how you can volunteer.

You can consult a list of Key People at the CCN. If you have a question or comment about the general policy of the Chebucto Community Net you can contact the Board of Directors.

Are you an Information Provider on the CCN? Do you want to be? Let us tell you why! Visit the Information Providers Committee pages to find out more or contact the IP Committee.

Our IP Training pages tell you how to start and how to get trained. Our IP Help volunteers and our Frequently Asked Questions can help you sort out problems and understand features. You can also send a message to other Information Provider Editors who share your interests and concerns.

Are you experiencing harassment? Do you have a concern about inappropriate conduct? Are you worried about the security of your account? Consult the Legal Policy Committee's pages for guidance.

If you still have concerns contact the Legal Policy Committee who can investigate possible breaches of conduct on the CCN and can take appropriate action.

Having problems with bouncing EMail? Getting messages that you don't understand? Contact the CCN Postmaster, who should be able to help you out.
