1. By having the Home Page and the Csuite Access pages in the same
directory, relative links down start with 'Directory/'. To allow maximum
implementation flexibility, the design of a Home Page and the grouping of
subject areas needs to be possible by the local site. We just happen to
have a set of XXX subject areas arranged on 7 pages.
2. In instructing an IPE in the use of relative links, it is very
efficacious to be able to say:
../	to get to Chebucto files in your subject area
../../	to get to the Home and Access pages
and
	../..//
to get to the Home Page of another IP on Chebucto
We also have the concept of
	../
../
to get to files in
	../../Help
	../../Services
	../../icons (there but little used)
	../../maps (oh I wish)
